General properties

TERGON is a concentrated, water based, intensive, yet safe, stone cleaner. It quickly penetrates heavy surface soils, soap scum, soot, grease, algae, mould and mildew. It is recommended for heavy duty cleaning of stubborn traffic dirt from rough, flamed and honed stone and general restoration of any type. TERGON has low alkalinity level that will not harm the natural mineral composite of the stone or surrounding areas of wood, metal, aluminium or painted surfaces. TERGON is biodegradable and ideal for stone surface stain removal.

Directions for use

Prepare the desired solution of TERGON in warm or hot water (hot if possible) depending on the degree of dirt to be removed Apply the solution to the surface by mop or spray allowing a contact time of 2/3 minutes. Proceed to scrub manually or using a scrubber with a black nylon pad. Rinse several times to remove and eliminate any product and dirt residues using a wet vacuum. Allow the surface to dry completely before proceeding to apply a sealer.

Where to apply

The product is applied on internal or external polished or unpolished stone surfaces such as marble, granite, natural stone, slate, limestone. It is also recommended for terrazzo, terracotta , ceramic, brick and grout surfaces.

Dilutions

HEAVY CLEANING: 1 part of TERGON with 5 parts of water.NORMAL CLEANING: 1 part of TERGON with 10 parts of water.LIGHT CLEANING: 1 part of TERGON with 15 parts of water.For unusual stubborn dirt, TERGON can be applied without any dilution with water.
