General properties

QUASAR GP protects natural, glazed or polished ceramic tile surfaces from moisture and general stains such as of oil, grease, dirt, food, mould and mildew. QUASAR GP is highly recommended on porous tile surfaces in high traffic areas, such as shopping centres and hotel lobbies where the open pores must be protected against ingrained dirt, simplifying the maintenance of such floors. The anti stain action is due to its technologically advanced formulation, protecting deep inside the tiles pores for a long period of time. QUASAR GP does not change the natural aspect of the tile surface or to the sanded grout and it will not create any type of film or plastic effect, while allowing vapour to escape. UV

Directions for use

Ensure tiles, adhesive beds and grouts are completely dry before sealing (10-15 days)Apply by cloth, lambs wool applicator or spray one coat of QUASAR GP uniformly on a clean and dry surface. If applied by spray, remove any air bubbles or applicator marks from surface using a clean cotton cloth or lambs wool applicator. Allow a curing period of 3/4 hours before removing any dry product excess from surface using white nylon pad and buffer. We suggest to allow 12/24 hours, curing time before resuming normal use of the treated surface.

Maintenance

For routine cleaning of the treated surface, we suggest the use of the hygienic detergent CLEAN STONE (24).

Where to apply

The product is applied on internal or external natural, glazed or polished ceramic, vitrified or porcelain tile. QUASAR GP is highly recommended for areas in constant contact with water and food such as ; kitchen floors, shopping centres, food and bar courts etc.

Coverage

Indicative coverage applying one coat of the product on surfaces of medium absorption is 25-30 m² / lt.
