General properties

IP 250 generally consolidates powdering, crumbling or disintegrating natural stone and general masonry surfaces such as, bricks, cement, marble cement/resin agglomerates and terracotta, blocking the deterioration thus restoring a strong and resistant surface. IP 250 is also a water/dirt repellent protecting the stone from moisture and general stains such as of water, dirt, mould and mildew. IP 250 will not create any type of film or plastic effect, while allowing vapour to escape. UV resistant.

Directions for use

Apply by brush or spray one coat of IP 250 uniformly on a clean and dry surface. If applied by spray, remove any air bubbles or application marks and excess from surface using a clean cotton cloth. Proceed to apply further coats every 30/40 min ensuring a total and complete penetration into the stones pores until saturation.We suggest to allow 12/24 hours, curing time before resuming normal use of the treated surface.

Maintenance

For routine cleaning we suggest the use of our hygienic detergent CLEAN STONE (24). To remove stubborn or ingrain dirt from the stones surface, we suggest the use of our heavy duty detergent TERGON (33).

IP 250 is a specific consolidate for the treatment of deteriorating; sandstone, terracotta, brick, concrete and natural stone surfaces.

Coverage

Indicative coverage applying two coats of the product on surfaces of medium absorption is 2-3 m² / lt. (15-35 sq.ft. / lt.) On surfaces of low absorption is 7-10 m² / lt. (70-110 sq.ft.
